Are your watches new or pre-owned?
We sell only authentic, brand new watches.
Are you an Authorized Dealer?
While we do supply watches with Genuine Manufacturer Warranties, we are not an Authorized Dealer. However, our inventory is sourced from well-established and trustworthy suppliers that we have been cooperating with for over 20 years.
What payment options do I have?
We accept payments with VISA, Master, China Union and American Express.
Is your website secure?
Buya.com.hk is protected by a 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer), and we will never sell or distribute your information to anyone.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries around the world. If your country does not show as available for shipping in the shopping cart, please contact us for additional assistance.
How much does shipping cost?
With just a few exceptions of destination, most international shipments cost only HKD 300. For customers that reside in Hong Kong, we offer free shipping.
Is the shipment insured?
Yes, all watches are discreetly packaged and shipped fully insured for the purchase price. Please note that a signature is required at delivery to complete the order. Moreover, we cannot declare the watch as a gift or used or at a lower value on the international invoice included with the shipment.
How long will my order get shipped?
Your order will be shipped within TWO business days once the order details and payment has been verified. Please allow extra time for orders to be processed during public holidays and promotion periods. For the schedule of public holidays, please refer to the following Hong Kong government website.

How can I track my order?
Once your item has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking information by email. You can keep track of the shipping status with the following websites of our global logistic partners.

How are VAT and import duties handled?
Your order will be shipped as delivery duty unpaid. You are liable for any associated import tax, VAT, or duties required by your local jurisdiction. Please check the regulation with your local customs office, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted to enter a destination or region.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within a 3-day window from date of delivery if the watch is deemed defective. Learn more at the RETURN POLICY page.
Are watches bought from you covered by warranty?
Yes, watches we sell are covered directly by the manufacturer. Please bring the product and warranty certificates to the manufacturer’s service centre should you ever need service.The warranty is international and covers usually a period of 1 to 5 years depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Please contact us if you need further details on any specific item.
